Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate proficiency in C and C++ programming, creating efficient and maintainable code
  • Drive architectural decisions to ensure scalability and performance align with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish project goals
  • Optimize code by diagnosing performance bottlenecks for multi-core and scale-out environments
  • Lead rigorous code reviews, offering constructive feedback to junior team members
  • Solve complex technical challenges through innovative and practical solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of software development experience with a focus on distributed storage systems
  • Expertise in C and C++ programming with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Background in leading the development of complex storage solution subsystems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of troubleshooting techniques
  • Knowledge of distributed file systems and network protocols
  • Competency in team communication in collaborative work settings
  • Flexibility to learn intricate technical concepts proactively
  • Qualifications in English communication skills at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Showcase of developing Linux or BSD kernel-level code
  • Familiarity with Python programming language
