We are seeking a Senior Data & Web Analyst with expertise in Google Analytics and Google Cloud BigQuery to join our remote team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in English and a data-oriented mindset, essential for troubleshooting and improving product performance, enhancing user experience, and conversion rates. They will be responsible for strategically guiding and assessing whether the data and reports answer key business queries and identifying and consolidating the main data points within the user journey. The candidate will design and implement data analytics/visualization solutions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and write project documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Collect business requirements and evaluate new features and architecture
  • Design and implement data visualizations for product and commercial teams
  • Build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, agencies, and development teams
  • Perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments
  • Actively participate in code review and testing of solutions
  • Write and maintain documentation
  • Establish effective cross-functional collaboration between product, UX, user testing, and analytics teams
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Web Analytics
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Cloud BigQuery
  • Experience in data visualization and user journey optimization
  • Skilled in SQL, Looker, and Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to troubleshoot and improve product performance and enhance user experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Experience in working with data streams from various services and turning technical language into layman's terms
  • Awareness of GDPR compliance
Nice to have
  • Experience in app, web, and digital analytics
  • Familiarity with Firebase, Google Analytics 4, and Looker/Metabase
  • Knowledge of basic SQL
