We are seeking a Senior Data & Web Analyst to join our remote team and help drive data insights and analysis for our clients. As a Senior Data & Web Analyst, you will be responsible for defining MVPs, requirements analysis and management, and creating user stories and use cases. You will also be responsible for data modeling and discovery, as well as conducting non-functional requirements analysis. The ideal candidate has strong experience in BI analysis and SQL, with the ability to work with Amazon Athena and Big Data Discovery.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain data models to support the reporting and analytics needs of the business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data and reporting requirements
Develop and maintain documentation on data models, data dictionaries, and data flows
Conduct non-functional requirements analysis to ensure the system meets the performance, scalability, and security requirements
Create user stories and use cases to support the development of new features and functionality
Work with the development team to ensure that the data models are implemented as designed
Support the testing and release of new features and functionality
Provide ongoing support to the business to ensure that the reporting and analytics needs are met

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in BI analysis and data analysis
Strong experience in data discovery and modeling
Experience in defining MVPs, requirements analysis and management, and creating user stories and use cases
Ability to conduct non-functional requirements analysis and work with SQL
Experience with Amazon Athena and Big Data Discovery
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Proficient in working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and to translate them into technical requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level

Experience with Non-functional Requirements Analysis
Experience in working with Big Data and Hadoop ecosystems
Experience in working with Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
