We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data & Web Analyst to join our team and work remotely. In this role, you will work alongside business teams to identify their needs and translate them into technical requirements, create detailed business analyses, and analyze large datasets to collect and interpret data. Your expertise in BI Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing, as well as proficiency in SQL, Python, and MySQL, will play a crucial role in building the required solution. Responsibilities

Work alongside teams within the business team to establish business needs and convert them into technical requirements
Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
Analyze large datasets to collect and interpret data
Guide the Development Team on building the required solution
Develop and maintain data models, data processes, and data integration
Create and maintain documentation for data processes and data models
Perform data profiling and data quality analysis to identify data issues
Work with cross-functional teams to identify data-related issues and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Provide training and support for end-users on data-related tools and processes

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data & Web Analyst
Expertise in BI Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and MySQL
Solid experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Ability to analyze large datasets to collect and interpret data
Experience in working with agile software development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Ability to guide the Development Team on building the required solution
Fluent in English language skills with an upper-intermediate level
Strong verbal and written communication skills as Data Analysts communicate with the wider business
Attention to detail as data analysis and reporting must be precise
