Our company is looking for a Senior Data & Web Analyst to join our remote team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for leading requirements elicitation, analyzing requirements, and managing the requirements and change lifecycle. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, and design and implement solutions that meet those needs.
Our project includes Big Data, Data & Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL. Experience with Azure Application Insights is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation and analysis sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and design solutions that meet those needs
- Manage the requirements and change lifecycle, including documentation, prioritization, and tracking of changes
- Design and implement data analysis solutions that meet business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data analysis solutions with business goals
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in BI Analysis and Data Analytics
- Expertise in leading requirements elicitation and analysis sessions with stakeholders
- Proven experience in managing requirements and change lifecycle
- Understanding of data analysis techniques and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an upper-intermediate level
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQL
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure Application Insights and Big Data technologies
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView
- Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with Agile methodologies
