The role involves coding solutions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to standard engineering practices, including testing and CI/CD. Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Ensure the team follows standard engineering practices, including testing and CI/CD
- Perform performance testing and optimization to enhance system efficiency
- Integrate monitoring and observability capabilities into the software solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Software Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Apache Kafka, PySpark, Snowflake, and dbt
- Proven experience in building scalable, secure, and reusable data transformation and processing solutions
- Strong knowledge of integration with monitoring and observability capabilities
- Experience in performance testing and optimization
- Solid understanding of standard engineering practices such as testing and CI/CD
- Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
