We are currently looking for a remote Senior Data Scientist to join the global team.
The customer is a leading agriculture company helping to improve global food security by enabling millions of farmers to make better use of available resources. Through world-class science and innovative crop solutions company commits to rescuing land from degradation, enhancing biodiversity, and revitalizing rural communities.
Responsibilities
- Cleansing, filtering, and refactoring complex data from different sources
- Further analyzing and investigating complex data to identify how they can be used to generate a model with high accuracy
- Expertly converting complex data and analysis into concise and easy to understand presentation and insights
- Visualizing insights from the exploratory analysis for non-technical audience
Requirements
- Strong track record in successfully delivering Data Science solutions; min. 3+ years’ relevant experience
- Experienced in building Regression related problem statements with various Advanced Analytics methodologies such as Linear Regression, Decision tree regressor, ANN or RNN, Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Solid knowledge and experience in working with Sage Maker
- Experience in model development and in performing model validation to support the integrity and improve the accuracy of the model
- Strong experience with Python
- Strong skills in statistical analyses with abilities in advanced data management and statistical programming using Python
- Strong experience in using different Machine learning algorithms
- Experience in visualizing insights from the exploratory analysis for non-technical audience
Nice to have
- Experience with Data Science use cases within business finance, production and supply or commercial space is beneficial
- Experience in explaining the interpretation of model
- Experience with corporate financial data
- Understanding of SAP ECCs
- Overall experience of further common Analytics technologies
