Responsibilities
- Design and deliver analytical models that support business and technical goals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep deliverables on schedule and at a high quality bar
- Contribute to strategic conversations and help steer data-focused initiatives
- Review teammates’ work and provide constructive feedback to reinforce strong analytical standards
- Analyze and solve complex analytical issues across the project lifecycle
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and helping them build their skills
- Participate in planning to define scope and provide accurate time estimates
- Monitor industry trends and apply valuable new methods in day-to-day work
- Maintain clear documentation of core methodologies and findings for long-term reuse
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify objectives and ensure outcomes align with expectations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Hands-on knowledge of AI concepts and tools to strengthen analytical solutions
- Strong background in Data Science with proven ability to draw insights from complex datasets
- Proficiency in Python for developing and deploying data-driven models and solutions
- Experience with Java for building and integrating data-related applications
- Solid foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science to support rigorous analysis
- Fluent English communication skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
