We are seeking a talented remote Senior Data Scientist to help us create predictive models that can be used to improve our understanding of the pricing and help people find affordable services. As a Senior Data Scientist on our remote project, you will work with a variety of data analysis tools and be able to work independently. You will also develop and implement machine learning models, refine algorithms to identify healthcare trends and predict healthcare costs, develop personalization and recommendation models, and analyze product performance and customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models
- Work with our data scientists and software engineers to create predictive models that can be used by providers and consumers
- Develop personalization and recommendation models, analyze product performance and customer insights
- Work with MDM and perform other data alignment and compatibility tasks to drive product recommendations within tightly constrained requirements
- Price comparison and price recommendations
- Demand forecasting/supply shortage
- Customer segmentation/analytical atop of web analytics data
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science
- Must have skills in Amazon Redshift, Amazon Web Services, Data Mining, Machine Learning Model Development
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Predictive Analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in developing personalization and recommendation models
- Experience in statistical analysis and modeling
- Upper-intermediate level of English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python
- Experience with Amazon EMR and Apache Spark
- Experience with recommendation systems
