We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our remote team and support our data-driven decision-making processes. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis and providing data-driven insights, as well as developing machine learning models using Amazon SageMaker and other machine learning tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows. Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes
- Develop machine learning models using Amazon SageMaker and other machine learning tools
- Collaborate with team members from various disciplines such as data engineering, software engineering, and product management to develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows
- Provide technical support to non-technical stakeholders and users to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain data quality controls to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or a related field
- Strong understanding of data management, data modeling, and machine learning model development
- Experience with AI platform data labeling and machine learning tools
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its various data-related services
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams
- Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as R and Tableau
- Experience with Python
