We are looking for a talented remote Senior Data Scientist to help us create predictive models that can be used to improve our understanding of healthcare pricing and help people find affordable services. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of data analysis tools and be able to work independently in a remote environment. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and working with our data scientists and software engineers to create predictive models that can be used by healthcare providers and consumers. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing personalization and recommendation models, analyzing product performance and customer insights, and driving product recommendations within tightly constrained requirements.
- Develop and implement machine learning models
- Work with our data scientists and software engineers to create predictive models that can be used by healthcare providers and consumers
- Develop and refine algorithms to identify healthcare trends and predict healthcare costs
- Develop personalization and recommendation models, analyze product performance and customer insights
- Work with MDM and perform other data alignment and compatibility tasks to drive product recommendations within tightly constrained requirements
- Perform price comparison and provide price recommendations
- Perform demand forecasting and supply shortage analysis
- Perform customer segmentation and analytical tasks atop of web analytics data
- Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations on test outcomes
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or a related field
- Strong skills in Amazon Redshift, Amazon Web Services
- Experience with Data Mining, Machine Learning Model Development, PostgreSQL, and Predictive Analysis
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
- Experience with Amazon EMR and Apache Spark
- Proficiency in Python
