- Developing end-to-end migration solutions using designated tools, for example, Talend - an open-source platform dedicated to data integration, data management, data quality, enterprise application integration, and Big Data
- Active participation in planning, analysis, and ensuring that data migration related best practices are applied where necessary
- Data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment operations
- Solid understanding of data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and data reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of database fundamentals
- Excellent data modeling skills
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Good familiarity with at least one ETL tool
- Ability to plan, execute and document data migration process according to project requirements
- Ability to document and troubleshoot problems
- Experience in working with large datasets
- Effective communication in English
