We are seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer to design and deliver reliable ingestion and integration services across a modern data platform. You will collaborate closely with infrastructure and architecture stakeholders while building clean, scalable pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements for ingestion services and translate them into implementation plans
- Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and supporting platforms
- Develop and optimize Databricks jobs to process and prepare data for downstream use
- Implement data ingestion patterns aligned with agreed data architecture standards
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to plan and execute release changes
- Ensure reliability and observability of data workflows through validations and checks
- Apply SOLID and clean code principles to keep services maintainable and extensible
- Coordinate with onshore business analysts and architects to clarify scope and dependencies
- Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and resolve defects to meet delivery expectations
Requirements
- Senior-level data integration experience (3+ years) with ETL/ELT platforms
- Azure Data Factory experience building production pipelines
- Databricks experience for data processing and orchestration
- Solid SQL experience for data transformation and validation
- Kubernetes platform experience with Azure Kubernetes Service
- Data architecture knowledge to design scalable ingestion patterns
- Leadership collaboration skills to coordinate with infrastructure and architecture stakeholders
- Strong requirements analysis skills to translate ingestion needs into technical solutions
- Clean code proficiency with SOLID principles and maintainable design
- Strong communication skills for working with onshore analysts and architects
- English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate

- .NET development experience for building supporting services and utilities
- ReactJS experience for enabling lightweight internal tooling or dashboards
