We are seeking a driven and highly skilled Senior Data Integration Engineer to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing data integration solutions. This position involves managing ETL development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise data warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance complex ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter
- Work independently to design, configure, and unit test solutions based on source-to-target specifications
- Collaborate closely with data architects, application teams, and reporting stakeholders on ETL development and integration efforts
- Design, document, and implement ETL solutions, estimate work efforts, and provide task status updates
- Coordinate offshore and onshore ETL development efforts, allocate tasks, and ensure quality deliverables
- Provide technical support for Informatica administration and troubleshoot production issues as a level-three support resource
- Prepare and maintain technical runbooks documenting code, processes, and support requirements
- Identify and implement improvements to enterprise data warehouse environments in collaboration with the offshore team
- Establish and maintain best practices and methodologies for ETL development
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior ETL developers as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing Informatica Mappings, Workflows, and processes
- Background in working with complex SQL and strong ETL development expertise
- Knowledge of integration technologies and processes
- Understanding of Kimball, Inmon, or Millbrook data warehouse design methodologies
- Familiarity with EDW reconciliation solutions and testing tools and techniques
- Proficiency in working within Windows environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proven communication and facilitation skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- English skills at a B2 level or higher
