Back to SearchWe are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team in developing and maintaining data model and data pipeline solutions to support analytical dashboards that integrate multiple data assets.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure, Databricks, and SQL. You will be working alongside a team of 2 Backend Developers, a Frontend Developer, and a Technical Product Owner.
Responsibilities
- Design and create data models in Azure DataBricks
- Build and maintain data pipelines in Azure Data Factory
- Replace data currently managed in Excel files with more robust data pipeline solutions
- Collaborate with team members to integrate multiple data assets for analytical dashboards
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout data pipelines
- Optimize data retrieval and data processing performance
- Implement data security and privacy policies
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Data Integration
- Proven experience with Azure, SQL and Databricks
- Strong background in developing and maintaining data pipelines
- Experience with sales analytics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
