Senior Data DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced remote Senior Data DevOps Engineer to help us design, build, and deploy data pipelines using AWS technologies and related tools.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, with strong expertise in Data Operations, AWS, and Linux. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools and possess proficiency in data processing and analysis tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deploy data pipelines using AWS technologies and related tools
  • Develop and maintain tools and scripts for automating data transformation and analysis processes
  • Create and maintain infrastructure templates using Terraform for automated deployment and configuration of data environments
  • Provide guidance and support to the development team in terms of infrastructure setup, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and manage the performance, availability, and security of data platforms and infrastructure
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in DevOps and Data Analysis
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services and Linux operating systems
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or other infrastructure as code tools
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent technologies
  • Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+)
Nice to have
  • Proficiency in Spark, Hadoop
  • Experience with Python, Bash, Helm
