We are in search of a Senior Data Delivery Manager to join our team and drive the success of high-impact projects in the Data and Analytics space. You will collaborate with top-tier development and technology teams to integrate delivery expertise and deep theoretical knowledge. This role requires you to develop strong business and technology relationships and promote a continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end solution delivery for assigned accounts
Ensure governance of processes during delivery management and production based on selected delivery models
Serve as the single point of contact for the top management and client across all delivery matters including escalations, upsells, and ramp-downs
Take charge of resources required for delivery ensuring appropriate skills and seniority staffing according to the delivery roadmap
Provide technical leadership and ensure sound, future-proof architecture as well as adherence to technical quality standards
Facilitate coordination between multiple disciplines and stakeholders
Establish and manage long-term partnerships with clients
Address client issues, identify and manage engagement risks
Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
Deliver projects in alignment with EPAM processes and methodologies, focusing on agile approaches
Manage the delivery plan, estimating timeframes, resource quality and quantity to ensure successful project completion
Craft a strategy for continuous delivery risk management allowing proactive decisions and actions throughout the delivery life cycle
Support sales activities by participating in the bid process providing technical and management input

Requirements

5+ years of experience in delivering Data & Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence projects
Familiarity with relevant technological solutions and industry best practices
Background in data platform engineering including batch and streaming, ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, consumption
Proficiency with multiple Data & Analytics technology stacks
Understanding of various Data & Analytics tools and techniques such as Python, data mining, predictive analytics, machine learning, data modelling
Expertise in data visualization and related tools and technologies
Competency in understanding various delivery approaches with a strong focus on Agile methodologies
Knowledge of data-related security challenges
English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

Previous experience in establishing long-term strategic partnerships
Demonstrated ability to manage and mitigate delivery risks
