We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer to design and implement advanced data solutions that drive informed decision-making. Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-ready Data Analytics and Visualization solutions using classic and cloud-based technologies
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate features
- Build partnerships with architects and key stakeholders across functional groups
- Perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments to design solutions
- Participate actively in code review and testing to ensure adherence to best practices
- Supervise and provide technical leadership to junior and middle team members
- Write and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- Extensive development experience (over 3 years) in end-to-end Data Analytics Solutions with classic and modern cloud data technologies
- Production experience in Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Data Security, Data Modelling, and similar areas
- Experience building data provisioning and transformation pipelines (ETL/ELT), Data Warehouse, and Database design for on-premises and cloud environments
- Experience with data modeling and understanding of Data Architecture Layers including multi-source management and data cleansing
- Advanced SQL knowledge, including analytical functions, MODEL, and PIVOT
- Understanding of advanced data security principles such as audit, RLS, VPD, and attribute-level security
- Practical experience developing Data Analytics/Visualization Solutions in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid understanding of core cloud technologies and awareness of niche cloud services
- Proven experience in data solutions troubleshooting, monitoring, performance tuning, and bottleneck analysis
- Good understanding of CI/CD principles and deployment models like Canary release and Blue-Green
- Data-oriented mindset with strong compliance awareness (PI, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup-like agile development environment
- Analytical problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience in direct client communications
- Experience across different business domains
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
