We are currently seeking a skilled remote Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports for business users. You must have a strong understanding of DAX and Analysis Services Tabular model design and development, knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for business users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain DAX calculations to support business needs
- Build efficient and optimized data models using Analysis Services Tabular model
- Implement security and access controls for the Power BI reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI, DAX, and Analysis Services Tabular model
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Power BI development
- Strong understanding of DAX and Analysis Services Tabular model design and development
- Knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Microsoft certification in Power BI
- Experience with Azure services, such as Azure SQL and Azure Analysis Services
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and design principles
