We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our remote team, working with a leading company in the IT industry. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the functional analysis of existing ETL processes and reports, preparing and validating solution requirements, and managing the product backlog. You will also be responsible for hosting grooming and evaluation meetings, driving sprint reviews, and maintaining the knowledge base. Responsibilities
- Design and develop data solutions, including data models, ETL/ELT processes, and data visualizations
- Analyze complex data sets and create meaningful insights to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Document architecture and data flow diagrams for data solutions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and data integrations
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in BI Analysis or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong grasp of ETL/ELT solutions and comprehensive understanding of data modeling concepts
- Experience documenting architecture and data flow diagrams
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams
- Fluent English language skills with a minimum Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake or Redshift
