We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our remote team, working with a leading global company in the data analytics and visualization industry.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and analyzing data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Tableau. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth and improve user experiences. Responsibilities
- Implement new tags and carry out routine maintenance and updates using Google Tag Manager
- Work with external marketing teams to integrate custom tags into the existing framework
- Analyze data using Google Analytics and Tableau Desktop to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting on mini insight projects
- Monitor data on a weekly basis to check for errors and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in the testing and deployment of web surveys through GTM and review and categorize CX survey results on a weekly basis
- Coordinate with designers and product owners to gather AB testing ideas and manage AB testing communications
- Setup and run AB tests in Google Optimize and perform additional analysis arising from closed AB tests
- Update AB test documentation and reporting
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics and visualization, showcasing your proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, enabling you to implement and maintain tags and track user behavior
- Expertise in Tableau, allowing you to create interactive dashboards and data visualizations that drive insights and business decisions
- Experience in CX measurement, including web surveys and CX survey results analysis
- Strong understanding of AB testing methodologies and tools, including Google Optimize
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
