We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our remote team, contributing to the development and implementation of data analytics and visualization solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing data, building and maintaining analytical SQL queries, scripts, and dashboards to track task progress or operational productivity. You will also be required to identify and recommend new ways to improve quality and productivity by streamlining operational processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring scripts and data management practices comply with internal best practices.
Responsibilities
- Understand stakeholders' needs, document and prioritize requirements, and develop plans for process or tool improvement initiatives
- Identify and recommend new ways to improve quality and productivity by streamlining operational processes
- Collaborate and coordinate with other data analysts to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Assist in maintaining data pipelines to improve throughput and provide near real-time data insights
- Quantify, track and manage solution implementation with before and after metrics
- Identify and develop data quality initiatives and opportunities for automation
- Ensure scripts and data management practices comply with internal best practices
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Data Analytics and Visualization, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling, data analysis, and business analysis
- Expert-level SQL skills to prepare, analyze and visualize data from SQL scripts
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
- Experience in data modeling and building analytical SQL queries, scripts, and dashboards to track task progress or operational productivity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
