We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our remote team, working with a leading company in the data and web analytics industry. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Power BI reports of different kinds within our application on the Power BI Service. You will also be responsible for the development of new reports, ensuring the dynamic translation of content based on the user's language preference. Your expertise in data analytics and visualization, Power BI architecture, and SQL will be essential in driving the success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports of different kinds within our application on the Power BI Service
- Ensure the dynamic translation of content based on the user's language preference
- Optimize and automate report development processes, ensuring efficient and effective reporting
- Develop new reports and dashboards to meet business needs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI reports and dashboards
- Ensure the security and integrity of data in Power BI reports and dashboards
- Contribute to the development of data analytics and visualization best practices within the organization
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics and visualization, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions
- Expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Power BI Architecture, with experience in developing and maintaining Power BI reports of different kinds
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in creating and optimizing complex queries for data analysis
- Experience in working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
