We are seeking an experienced Senior Data and Web Analyst to join our remote team, working with a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions. As a Senior Data and Web Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and visualizing data to provide insights that drive business decisions. You will be responsible for reporting on usage of APIs, ensuring proper tagging and description of APIs, and monitoring system health metrics. Responsibilities
- Report on usage of APIs, identifying areas for optimization and potential removal from the system
- Ensure all APIs have owners and proper tagging, categories, and descriptions for the catalog
- Monitor system health metrics and uptime to ensure proper functioning of the platform and operations
- Analyze data to provide insights on the reusability of APIs and volume of growth over time
- Create visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Define additional metrics and reporting as outlined within the Center for Enablement (C4E)
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics and visualization, demonstrating your proficiency in analyzing and visualizing complex data sets
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, enabling you to create visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards
- Experience with data integration and data management, showcasing your ability to work with large data sets and multiple sources
- Strong understanding of Python basics, allowing you to manipulate data and automate tasks
- Experience working with APIs and web technologies, including understanding of REST APIs and web services
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication
