Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics and visualization, as well as experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from business stakeholders and proposing efficient solutions. You will also collaborate with solution architects, senior designers, and data architects to design solutions and perform data modeling. You will be responsible for testing solutions post-build and ensuring that they meet the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide insights into their data
- Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple databases and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and reporting into business processes
- Participate in the development of data governance policies, procedures, and standards
- Provide training and support to end-users on data and reporting tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization
- Experience in requirements analysis, gathering, and change management
- Strong knowledge of reporting systems and tools
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
