We are seeking a Senior Data and Web Analyst to join our team, working remotely with a global leader in the technology industry. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review data sources, identify data flows, and create high-fidelity Tableau prototypes on data extract. As a Senior Data and Web Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping the design strategy for the Business Intelligence suite, collaborating with key stakeholders and contributing to the enhancement of user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support Lead Data Analyst in data sources review, self-service data wrangling to create datasets usable for dashboard prototyping, and create high-fidelity clickable Tableau prototypes on data extract
- Collaborate closely with key product stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring seamless and user-centered designs
- Streamline data flow processes for on-suite projects, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee data analysis work within the suite, addressing potential issues and providing guidance and support to analysts in their daily tasks
- Initiate the creation of a new product by conducting thorough research to understand business and user needs, and facilitating design workshops
- Organize and lead data critique sessions with the team, fostering a collaborative environment for constructive feedback
- Provide assistance and support to analysts during project Discovery and ideation phases, contributing to innovative design solutions
- Review and ensure the quality control of data deliverables to meet the highest standards
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data and Web Analysis, demonstrating your proficiency in creating visually appealing and user-centric designs
- In-depth knowledge of Data Analytics and Visualization, highlighting your understanding of the broader design landscape
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Data Discovery, Data Modeling Fundamentals, Non-functional Requirements Analysis, and Requirements Analysis, enabling you to bring your creative ideas to life
- Experience in UI Prototyping, showcasing your ability to create high-fidelity clickable Tableau prototypes on data extract
- A self-starter mentality, showcasing your enthusiasm for launching and driving new design initiatives
- Proficient in conducting design workshops, user research, and user studies, reflecting your comprehensive skill set
- Strong focus on teamwork and exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage stress effectively, maintaining a high level of performance even under pressure
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

- Experience in ETL pipelines design and Agile (Scrum)
- SQL scripting expertise and data management, data governance basics
