We are seeking a remote Senior Data Analyst with expertise in web analytics to join our team.
The ideal candidate must possess strong skills in Google Analytics and have experience in Google Tag Manager. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and other key performance indicators. You will be expected to develop and maintain dashboards, custom reports, and other analytics tools to monitor website and marketing performance. Additionally, you will conduct an in-depth analysis of website and marketing data, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Responsibilities
- Configure Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and other key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain dashboards, custom reports, and other analytics tools to monitor website and marketing performance
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website and marketing data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies, and providing actionable insights to improve website engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for optimization and growth based on data insights, user feedback, and industry best practices
- Ensure the accuracy of tracking data, troubleshoot tracking issues, and implement data quality control measures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web analytics with a focus on Google Analytics
- Strong skills in configuring Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Deep understanding of Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 4
- Experience in building micro and macro goals for the site, multi-channel conversions
- Ability to build custom reports and reports in Google Data Studio
- Experience with search console
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Analytics API and Google BigQuery Data Transfer Service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI
- Analytics strategy experience
