We’re looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of an enterprise‑scale program within our AI‑Native Cyber Resilience initiative. In this role, you will connect technical execution, risk reduction, and business value by embedding advanced AI‑driven optimization into established application security practices. You will manage complex program portfolios, establish governance and measurement frameworks, and ensure that high‑priority vulnerabilities are resolved efficiently and effectively. This position offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of intelligent security operations for large organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of enterprise Application Security programs from inception through execution and closure
- Define program roadmaps, milestones, risks, governance, and financial performance metrics
- Integrate AI‑driven and agentic workflows into existing security processes to enhance threat detection and remediation speed
- Establish and oversee processes for triaging security findings, validating exploitability, and prioritizing remediation based on business impact
- Drive automation of vulnerability management to achieve measurable reduction in risk exposure
- Set clear governance and reporting standards for enterprise security posture visibility
- Present program KPIs, risk metrics, and roadmap outcomes to executive stakeholders and governance boards
- Manage cross‑functional engineering and operations teams to ensure delivery excellence and operational alignment
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in delivery management or program governance roles within cybersecurity, with emphasis on Application Security initiatives
- Recognized industry certification such as CSSLP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent senior credential
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, vulnerability management, and risk quantification
- Demonstrated experience implementing or managing AI‑enabled or automated security workflows
- Excellent skills in managing complex governance models, budgets, and multi‑disciplinary delivery teams
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting capabilities
Nice to have
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into DevSecOps or security automation workflows
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems for vulnerability triage or remediation assistance
- Advanced knowledge of cloud security, compliance frameworks, or data protection regulations
- Practical exposure to program portfolio management tools and best practices
