We are seeking a remote Senior Content Strategy Designer to join our team and lead the development of virtual agent UI layer. Your key specialization will be in Conversational UX design, designing for NLU, ML/AI-driven experiences and the platform (self-service console) that powers these. This role requires the application of human-centered design methods to co-create and test solutions that address real customer challenges, with a focus on developing user journeys and flows that highlight customer interactions throughout an end-to-end experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of virtual agent UI layer and skill development, focusing on conversational UX design and NLU, ML/AI-driven experiences
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and deliver experience strategy, using a customer-centric approach
- Co-create and test solutions that address real customer challenges, using human-centered design methods
- Develop user journeys and flows that highlight customer interactions throughout an end-to-end experience
- Provide wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual and UX design supporting tactical efforts
- Provide governance strategy, including defining workflow and best practices, design requirements, and operation processes
- Articulate a coherent UX vision based on clear, actionable problem/opportunity statements
- Facilitate idea generation with stakeholders and explore diverse, novel perspectives and design directions
- Create clear and compelling materials and narratives explaining design rationale to team and stakeholders
- Develop empathy and insights about customers based on data and insights from research and other customer data sources
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in content strategy and design, with expertise in conversational design
- Strong understanding of UX design principles, with experience in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
- Ability to develop and deliver experience strategy, using a customer-centric approach
- Experience in applying and adapting design and research processes to fit the project's needs
- Demonstrated ability to articulate a coherent UX vision based on clear, actionable problem/opportunity statements
- Ability to create Design Documentation
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Fluency in English, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency
