  • Guide planning and prioritization alongside cross-functional stakeholders and UX peers to surface high-impact opportunities and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • 5-9 years of industry experience overall
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6-8 years working in UX writing, content design, or technical writing within an applied product setting, including 3+ years leading content strategy work

  • Proven ability to create and scale content for complex technical products
  • A resume that includes a portfolio, website, or link demonstrating your work

  • Deep expertise leading content design for complex products involving Trust, Consent, and Transparency
  • Hands-on experience leading Accessibility (a11y) and Localization (l10n) initiatives with measurable impact
  • Comfort working with AI features and platforms, particularly around building user trust and mental models
