We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Content Strategist to join our remote team, supporting the Growth Acquisition Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end content strategies for product experiences, applying human-centered design methods to conceptualize, write, test, and deliver in-product content. You will also contribute scalable, reusable standards for content and build strong relationships with cross-domain content owners to ensure a cohesive product + brand experience.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute scalable, reusable standards for content
  • Build strong relationships with cross-domain content owners to ensure a cohesive product + brand experience
  • Define content workflows and processes
  • Content mapping and sourcing for new product experiences
  • Workshop prep and facilitation
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Content Strategist or similar role
  • Expertise in writing useful, accessible, and natural-sounding product UI content in American English
  • Advanced working expertise in Figma (including content-specific plug-ins such as Ditto)
  • Advanced presentation and storytelling skills (including PPT creation)
  • Competent facilitation and workshopping skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
  • Baseline understanding of headless content management systems and GitHub
  • Working understanding of AI/ML for content design
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a one-team mindset
  • Growth mindset and first-principles thinking
  • Fluent English language skills with an Advanced level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal
  • Experience with localization and internationalization of content
  • Understanding of SEO and content optimization best practices
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Experience with UX research methods and techniques
