We're on the hunt for a skilled Lead Consultant PP/QM to spearhead top-tier SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions across transformation initiatives, keeping outcomes closely tied to business aims, regulatory demands, and proven industry methods. The right candidate will bring practical background in SAP S/4HANA rollouts, with particular strength in the Life Sciences field, plus solid familiarity with production, manufacturing, and quality workflows. You'll team up with business leaders, technology groups, and compliance specialists to craft and implement compliant, effective solutions that support production and quality functions from end to end.
- Direct and deliver SAP PP and QM solutions within SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, spanning requirements collection, solution architecture, system setup, testing, and rollout
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and compliance professionals to convert business needs into functional SAP PP/QM solutions
- Confirm every solution complies with Life Sciences regulatory standards (such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11), manufacturing compliance benchmarks, and internal governance
- Assist with connecting SAP PP/QM to additional modules, including MM, SD, WM, FI, and CO, along with outside systems
- Draft and keep current functional specifications, configuration documentation, and validation records
- Run workshops, deliver training, and facilitate knowledge sharing with end users and project teams
- Deliver support following go-live, resolve issues, and suggest ongoing enhancements
- Coach and support junior consultants, fostering strong practices and collaborative learning
- A minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management), covering production order handling, master data oversight, shop floor management, quality inspection, and quality notifications
- At least one year of experience guiding and overseeing teams
- Solid track record with SAP S/4HANA PP/QM rollouts and system configuration
- Established history of converting business needs into workable SAP PP/QM solutions
- Strong abilities in communication, managing stakeholder relationships, and producing documentation
- Thorough understanding of manufacturing and quality workflows along with compliance expectations, particularly within Life Sciences
- Working knowledge of Life Sciences regulatory frameworks and manufacturing compliance requirements (such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11)
- Background integrating PP/QM with other SAP modules, including MM, SD, WM, FI, and CO
- Sharp analytical and troubleshooting skills applicable to designing solutions and resolving problems
- Experience drafting functional specs, test scripts, and validation-related paperwork
- Capability to lead user training sessions and support activities tied to change management
- Solid English communication skills, at B2 level or above
- Certification in SAP PP or QM, or a comparable credential
- Background working with SAP Fiori applications and advanced analytics tools for manufacturing and quality functions
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery approaches
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages to support international project work
- Skills in data analytics and reporting related to production and quality oversight
- Experience working with validated systems and providing audit support within Life Sciences settings
