We are seeking a remote Senior Cloud Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of hands-on experience in an IT support role within the Financial Services industry and be proficient with software development tools such as Shell Scripting, Microsoft SQL Server, and Java. Additionally, good knowledge of ITIL processes, Cloud Technologies, RESTful APIs, and Finance IT systems is a must-have.

In this role, you will support the Service and Products across several technical domains with a full spectrum of Production Support responsibilities, ensure workflows, processes, tooling, and applications are of the highest quality standard, contribute expertise to the management of existing, and new IT products and services, define workarounds for known errors, and initiate process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a knowledge database and Process documents
  • Plan and manage Release and change Implementation
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in an IT support role within the Financial services industry
  • Proficient with software development tools such as Shell Scripting, Microsoft SQL Server, Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and Microservice Architecture Pattern
  • Experience in Unix and Microsoft Azure
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes, and Cloud Technologies
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Finance IT systems
  • B2+ English level
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Freshdesk and Informatica
