We are seeking a remote Senior Cloud Support Engineer with a proven track record in supporting technical solutions for clients with an Application Support background.
The individual must be familiar with Microsoft Azure, MySQL, and Zendesk. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a Microsoft environment, as well as PowerShell and basic C# understanding. The individual hired for this role will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and end-users, resolving issues, and conducting root cause analysis when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to clients and end-users
- Resolving issues and conducting root cause analysis
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Documenting technical issues and their resolutions
- Proactively managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical application support or DevOps role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and MySQL
- Basic understanding of PowerShell and C#
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency (B2+)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Freshdesk and Zendesk
- Knowledge of cloud-based security management
- Experience in managing multi-cloud environments and deployment automation
