We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Cloud Java Developer with React to join our remote team. As the Senior Cloud Java Developer, you will play a key role in developing and improving the existing product, ensuring quality and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance software products using Java and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design efficient software solutions
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure adherence to software development standards
- Perform code reviews and maintain code quality by following Clean Code principles
- Design and develop efficient Microservices architecture and API standards
- Ensure the efficient operation of databases and database systems
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle from design to deployment
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years experience in Java programming and related technologies like Kotlin, Scala, and Go Language
- Proficiency in ReactJS for building high-quality user interfaces
- In-depth knowledge of Algorithms and Data Structures for effective problem-solving
- Proficient in Clean Code principles for effective and maintainable software development
- Proven experience in System Design and Analysis for creating efficient software architectures
- Expertise in Java Microservice Infrastructure and API & Integration Standards
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL tools for efficient database operations
- Proficient in Spring Framework for building high-performance Java applications
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services for cloud-based software development
- Experience with Requirement elicitation
- Big picture view mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
Nice to have
- Understanding of Cloud technologies like Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Agile methodologies for effective project management
- Familiarity with Big Data tools and technologies like Hadoop or Spark
