We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud Java Developer to join our remote team and take charge of developing and enhancing our product. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will need to demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality Java microservices infrastructure
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement APIs and integrate with third-party services
- Ensure code quality through automated testing and CI/CD
- Collaborate with the team to identify and solve complex technical problems
- Design and implement software systems that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards
- Take ownership of the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Java-based frameworks such as Spring
- Experience with Kotlin, Scala, and Go languages
- Solid experience in developing Java microservices infrastructure
- Expertise in designing and implementing APIs and integrating with third-party services
- Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms, including NoSQL tools and SQL
- Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably AWS
- Ability to write clean code and ensure code quality through automated testing and CI/CD
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills, with the ability to take a big picture view of complex problems
- Experience with system design and architecture
- Strong soft skills, including requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
- Excellent English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher), essential for communicating with a global team
