We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud Java Developer to join our remote team and take charge of developing and enhancing our product. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will need to demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality Java microservices infrastructure
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement APIs and integrate with third-party services
  • Ensure code quality through automated testing and CI/CD
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and solve complex technical problems
  • Design and implement software systems that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards
  • Take ownership of the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Java-based frameworks such as Spring
  • Experience with Kotlin, Scala, and Go languages
  • Solid experience in developing Java microservices infrastructure
  • Expertise in designing and implementing APIs and integrating with third-party services
  • Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms, including NoSQL tools and SQL
  • Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably AWS
  • Ability to write clean code and ensure code quality through automated testing and CI/CD
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills, with the ability to take a big picture view of complex problems
  • Experience with system design and architecture
  • Strong soft skills, including requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
  • Excellent English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher), essential for communicating with a global team
