We are seeking a Senior Cloud Java Developer to work remotely on our product development and improvement projects. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software systems with a focus on Java and Cloud technologies
  • Ensure that the software meets or exceeds customer expectations, including performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Take ownership of product development and improvement projects, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure software quality and maintainability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Java
  • Experience with programming languages such as Kotlin, Scala, and Go Language
  • Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms, Clean Code and System Design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Microservices and Spring
  • Experience with AWS and NoSQL tools, APIs and Integration, and CI/CD
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective communication with team members
  • Experience with Requirement elicitation and Big picture view mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency level
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Big Data technologies and frameworks, such as Hadoop and Spark
  • Experience working in a remote environment
