As a Cloud Engineer in the Cloud Developer Experience organization, you will work on the Cloud Developer Platform and Interfaces that enable streamlined application and service development on top of our Cloud Infrastructure. You’ll work closely with our customers ensuring fast turnaround of feature requests and bug fixes. You will be working on capabilities that will reduce engineering effort to provision, deploy, configure, update and repair activities during the lifecycle of an application, game or service running on our cloud infrastructure. You will work with multiple teams across the globe and help us to continue evolving as a center of excellence both for Cloud Infrastructure as well as Online Game Developer Experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for our clients' products
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support the continuous delivery of our clients' products
- Monitor production environments and troubleshoot issues that arise
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve the product
- Work with stakeholders to identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve the development and deployment process
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the infrastructure and tools used in the development process
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or related field
- Expert knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its related services like EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Codefresh, Jenkins, or TeamCity
- Expert knowledge of monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Expert knowledge of network protocols and their implementation
- Experience with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Go Language for automation tasks
- Experience with Docker containerization and orchestration
- Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or MySQL
- Knowledge of Kubernetes solutions like EKS
- English B2+
