We are on the hunt for a proficient Senior Cloud Engineer with specialized skills in Azure to elevate our dynamic technology team. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and sustain cloud-based applications and infrastructure
- Enhance cloud operations to ensure unmatched scalability and dependability
- Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate cloud solutions smoothly into business operations
- Lead the automation of cloud deployments and operations using modern tools
- Uphold stringent security protocols across all cloud architectures
- Provide expert technical advice and mentorship in cloud technologies to team members
- Stay informed about the latest trends and breakthroughs in cloud computing and industry norms
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud engineering, specifically focusing on Azure environment design and management
- Thorough expertise in Azure, with the ability to construct robust cloud infrastructures
- Proficient in managing Azure Containers to boost application scalability and performance
- Skilled in employing Terraform for infrastructure as code to optimize cloud deployment processes
- Experienced with Docker for consistent application containerization across various platforms
- Comprehensive experience in Linux Administration to manage and fine-tune server operations effectively
- Skilled in scripting with Python or Bash for automating tasks and configuring systems
- Experienced with Agile methodologies to enhance project flexibility and speed up delivery
- Superior problem-solving skills to address complex issues within cloud architectures
- Excellent command of English, crucial for clear and effective communication
Nice to have
- Experience with Helm for orchestrating Kubernetes applications
- Proficiency with Jenkins to enhance development process automation
- Knowledge of MySQL for effective database management and optimization
- Capability in Windows Administration to handle a diverse server environment
