We are seeking a remote Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team, contributing to the continuous improvement and delivery of our DevOps practices. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will demonstrate agile and dynamic application support capabilities, collaborating closely with other internal technical teams and business users in investigating, testing, and deployments.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure, ensuring a reliable and scalable platform for our customers
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating the deployment and management of applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and troubleshoot application issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact customers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and delivery of our DevOps practices, ensuring high-quality and reliable software solutions for our customers
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for new tools and practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Proven expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including deployment automation and configuration management
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, enabling you to automate the deployment and management of infrastructure
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, allowing you to deploy and manage containerized applications
- Working knowledge of log management and monitoring tools such as Kibana and Grafana, enabling you to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python or Bash, enabling you to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Testers, and Business Analysts
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
