We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Cloud Engineer with strong Azure expertise to join our dynamic technology team. This pivotal role is essential for leading the development and enhancement of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring both scalability and security in our implementations. As a key member of our progressive IT department, you will engage with leading-edge cloud technologies and play a significant role in shaping our cloud strategy.
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and oversee cloud-based applications and environments
- Enhance cloud operations to guarantee robust scalability and dependability
- Work closely with development teams to embed cloud solutions into business frameworks
- Propel the automation of cloud deployments and operations utilizing advanced tools
- Uphold security best practices across all cloud architectures
- Offer technical leadership and mentorship regarding cloud technologies to colleagues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest in industry developments and cloud computing innovations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of cloud engineering experience, with a specific emphasis on Azure environment design and management
- Deep understanding of Azure, capable of crafting solid cloud infrastructures
- Proficient in managing Azure Containers to boost application scalability and efficiency
- Well-versed in Terraform for executing infrastructure as code to streamline cloud deployments
- Experienced in Docker for application containerization, ensuring uniformity across different settings
- Solid experience in Linux Administration to oversee and fine-tune server functionalities
- Ability to utilize Python or Bash for scripting automation and configuration processes
- Practiced in Agile methodologies to enhance adaptability and pace in project cycles
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges within cloud architectures
- Advanced English proficiency, essential for effective communication

- Proficiency with Helm for orchestrating Kubernetes applications
- Acquaintance with Jenkins for process automation in development
- Understanding of MySQL to manage and optimize databases
- Experience in Windows Administration to maintain a varied server landscape
