We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer with Qt expertise to join our remote team.
In this role, you will work on the maintenance and development of software, apps, OS, and platform for Smart TVs. As a Senior Developer, you will be expected to take ownership of C/C++ Smart TV development, participate in maintenance and sustenance tasks for the TVs, and implement UI frameworks for smart TV apps.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of C/C++ Smart TV development
- Participate in maintenance and sustenance tasks for the TVs
- Implement UI framework for smart TV apps
- Collaborate with other developers, QA professionals, and product owners to drive project completion
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in both production and non-production environments
- Contribute to code reviews to maintain high development standards
- Document technical solutions clearly and concisely in written documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in C++ development (C++ 17 is preferred)
- Expertise in Qt and XML
- Experience in Linux application development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
