We are seeking a Senior C++ Developer to join our remote team.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using C++ and MFC technologies. You must have extensive experience in C++ core, algorithms and data structures, and STL containers. Additionally, you should be an expert in code review and be able to provide leadership in this area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using C++ and MFC technologies
- Review code written by other developers to ensure compliance with software development best practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
- Collaborate with other developers and team members to ensure that software quality is maintained throughout the development process
- Participate in the design and architecture of software applications
- Perform desktop UI testing and database performance tuning
- Maintain and improve existing software applications
- Use Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools to automate software development processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using C++
- Expertise in C++ core and STL containers
- Strong familiarity with algorithms and data structures
- Proven experience in code review
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior developers
- Experience with MFC and desktop UI testing
- Proficiency in APIs and Integration
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD
- Familiarity with Component Object Model (COM) and database performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
