We are seeking a Senior Business System Analyst to join our team focused on projects within the e-commerce sub-domain. You will analyze business requirements, create technical specifications, and support integration architecture to ensure optimal system performance. Responsibilities

Implement projects requiring IT components, including applications, modules, and information systems
Analyze business stakeholder requirements to create technical specifications such as Change Request Documents
Write technical and functional documentation
Communicate and support technical requirements to internal and external partners based on standardized request submissions
Validate technical solutions proposed by partners through Functional Specification Documents to ensure optimal integration
Provide support during the project lifecycle and post-implementation, including writing test scenarios, conducting business UAT, and UAT signoff
Support Change Management processes, including communication, organizational transformation, production moves, and hyper care
Provide Level 2 support for applications and systems under responsibility
Support Level 1 teams and contribute to optimizing repetitive processes
Identify and propose process and technical solution optimizations in collaboration with external partners and IT teams within the company

Requirements

Technical experience in the e-commerce domain with at least 3 years of experience in System Analysis
Experience with integration architecture
Experience in requirements analysis and testing
Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs
Experience in writing technical and functional documentation
Experience supporting project lifecycle and change management processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Romanian and English, both spoken and written (English B2 - Upper-Intermediate)
