We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to help ensure our operational, administrative, and compliance functions run effectively and align with contractual and regulatory best practices. You will partner closely with management, clients, and internal teams to improve processes and resolve issues. Apply to join us.
Responsibilities
- Ensure operational, administrative, and compliance functions follow contractual and regulatory best practices
- Partner with the management team to align operations with business priorities
- Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure and identify improvements
- Build credible relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors
- Manage and execute contractual compliance activities for key accounts
- Raise, track, and resolve medium-complexity issues and escalate when needed
- Coordinate with onboarding and compliance teams to support seamless execution and uphold company values
- Work with the Delivery Management organization to plan and track projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance, project management, or a similar role
- Leadership ability to influence stakeholders with credibility at all levels
- Project planning and tracking experience working with delivery management teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Strong detail-oriented, organizational, and analytical skills
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
- Basic corporate finance knowledge, including exposure to company or department P&L analysis
- Strong communication skills with confident stakeholder engagement
