We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (Banking). You will win new enterprise banking clients in Hong Kong and grow whitespace in underpenetrated accounts. You bring sector insight, lead consultative sales cycles end-to-end and position EPAM across digital transformation, customer experience and data-driven change.

Responsibilities
  • Own new logo acquisition in Financial Services (Banking) to drive net-new revenue
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across existing or underdeveloped accounts
  • Build account penetration plans and execute industry-led growth plays
  • Develop and maintain executive relationships with C-level and VP stakeholders
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close
  • Generate pipeline via targeted outreach, industry campaigns and online events
  • Position EPAM capabilities across digital transformation, cloud, data and artificial intelligence (AI)
  • Partner with delivery and solution teams to shape proposals aligned to sector needs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT services sales or business development within Financial Services (Banking)
  • Track record of winning new logos and expanding whitespace in enterprise accounts
  • Strong knowledge of banking market dynamics, buying behaviors and transformation priorities
  • Ability to sell complex, multi-service or consulting-led engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, manage forecasting and drive deals to closure
  • Established network with banking decision-makers and influencers in the region
  • Confidence engaging executive stakeholders and navigating complex organizations
  • Clear communication, strong negotiation skills and commercial judgment
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations impacting banking technology buyers
