We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep, hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio to lead the documentation, analysis, and optimization of our core business processes.
In this strategic role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and key liaison between senior business stakeholders and IT development/implementation teams, ensuring that end-to-end (E2E) processes are accurately captured, continuously governed, and fully aligned with modern SAP system capabilities and enterprise transformation goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate strategic workshops with senior business stakeholders to capture, map, and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes using SAP Signavio
- Define and drive the process improvement agenda: identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and standardization opportunities; leverage advanced process mining and analytics insights within Signavio to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Translate complex, cross-functional business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process models, and guide SAP implementation and IT teams through delivery
- Own the alignment of mapped processes with SAP best practices, S/4HANA capabilities, and the organization's broader digital transformation roadmap; provide recommendations to leadership on process standardization and target operating models
- Drive change management initiatives by producing high-quality process documentation and training materials, championing user adoption, and establishing and enforcing process governance and repository standards within SAP Signavio
- Partner strategically with enterprise architects, functional SAP consultants (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.), project managers, and business leaders to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of large-scale transformation programs
- Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts, sharing best practices in BPM, modeling standards, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or SAP Consultant, with a strong focus on business process management (BPM)
- Expert-level, hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Process Intelligence / Process Mining, and Collaboration Hub), including experience defining governance frameworks and scaling adoption across the enterprise
- Strong working knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or cloud solutions) and SAP Best Practices, with the ability to challenge and shape solution design
- Advanced command of BPMN 2.0 notation, process modeling standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops, influence senior stakeholders, and translate complex technical concepts into clear business value (and vice versa)
- Confident English communication skills (B2 level or higher) for engaging with international stakeholders and leadership
Nice to have
- Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects
- Certifications related to SAP Signavio or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, strategic problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment
