We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Senior Business Analyst to join an Agile team dedicated to modernizing and constructing a next-generation digital application suite supporting Securities Operations and Corporate Action systems within investment banking.
In this capacity, you'll work in close partnership with Global Securities Management and Operations groups spanning every business area to produce globally applicable solutions addressing a wide range of business needs.

- Craft business-oriented IT solutions supporting the Corporate Actions & Income Processing function
- Partner with Operations and Business teams to convert intricate business needs into actionable, meaningful IT requirements
- Take independent ownership of data, functional, and behavioral analysis activities
- Function as a core member of IT Agile scrum teams, helping drive delivery in accordance with business acceptance standards
- Contribute to quality assurance efforts and project management activities
- Direct comprehensive front-to-back testing initiatives
- Handle expectations and communication with senior-level stakeholders
- Between 6 and 10 years of Product Management background within Investment Banking or a comparable field
- Proficiency in business analysis methods for refining requirements, including BRD and FRD documentation
- Experience guiding and maintaining backlogs for scrum teams operating across global contexts
- Strong capability defining frameworks spanning both technology and operational business processes
- Skilled in Agile (scrum-based) delivery approaches and related project management using Jira
- Ability to lead comprehensive front-to-back testing while coordinating across globally distributed teams
- Command of SQL, Unix, and messaging technologies, with the capacity to analyze and make sense of substantial datasets
- Strong capability in stakeholder management and requirements elicitation
- Genuine interest in greenfield initiatives, along with readiness to rapidly build skills across the digital technology stack
- Working knowledge of tools that support business analysis work
- Sharp analytical thinking paired with strong problem-solving ability
- Flexibility to operate across various teams and functional areas, with English fluency at a B2 level
- Exposure to workflow tools such as GitLab and Power BI
- Familiarity with behavior-driven testing frameworks, such as JBehave or Cucumber
- Background working with digital platforms including Kafka, Kibana, and Elasticsearch
