We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on projects in insurance, travel, fintech, and claims. Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams
  • Translate business requirements into technical and data requirements for implementation
  • Collaborate with other units to analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources, providing actionable insights for decision-making
  • Model, document, and maintain data structures, flows, and transformations to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Perform data profiling, exploratory analysis, and validation using SQL, Power BI, and other relevant tools
  • Work with backend products, data platforms, and data exchange formats (JSON/XML)
  • Support ETL processes, including data preparation, mapping, transformation logic, and data validation
  • Build and test Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet business requirements and usability standards
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven environments
  • Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and documentation
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data analysis tools
  • Experience with backend systems, data platforms, and JSON/XML data exchange formats
  • Practical experience with ETL processes and data validation
  • Ability to model and maintain data structures and data flows
  • Experience creating and testing Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
