We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Demand Planner) to join our remote team.
You will be a part of the Demand Planning sub-team of the Replenishment Excellence team, which provides centralized support to the area buying teams. Your primary focus will be to ensure that a high-quality system forecast is generated with correctly established demand history and fine-tuned parameters and models in the planning system (Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning & Optimization).
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of supply chain operations and possess the necessary skills to analyze and interpret sales data within the market.
Responsibilities
- Generate a high-quality system forecast with correctly established demand history and fine-tuned parameters and models in the planning system
- Provide centralized support to the area buying teams through your understanding of the technical aspects of supply chain operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the forecast aligns with business objectives and market demands
- Use your expertise to analyze and interpret sales data and provide insights to stakeholders
- Support the continuous refinement of the demand planning process through continuous learning and development
- Work closely with a mentor to enhance skills, adapt to the company's supply chain processes and meet project targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in statistical forecasting, demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, or a related field
- Experience with business planning processes and supply chain operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Experience with JDA/Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning & Optimization (SCPO)
- Must possess exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen required, with the ability to interpret sales data within the market
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate Level)

- Experience with logistic administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau Desktop
